Training of trainers course in Kenya certification
Facilitation Mastery, that is, empowering effective learning facilitators, is the name and goal of our train the trainer program. Though it is not a diploma qualification, being among the top training companies in Kenya, we are a NITA accredited institution. On completion of the course, and specifically the DIY assignment, Now you Train, learners will be issued with a certificate. This makes them a personal trainer. The DIY segment, just as with the course, comes with an evaluation form for feedback. It also comes with questions from the audience to interrogate comprehension of concepts learnt. Whether you’re an experienced professional looking to transition into training roles or a seasoned trainer aiming to enhance your effectiveness, our program empowers you to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
“I cannot speak highly enough of this Training of Trainers course, Facilitation Mastery. From day one, I was impressed by the calibre of instruction and the emphasis on practical application. The course materials were well-researched and up-to-date, and the interactive sessions kept me fully engaged throughout. The Training Triad model was particularly illuminating Whether you’re a seasoned trainer or just starting out, this course offers something valuable for everyone. It’s a game-changer!” – Samantha K.
Methodology of Facilitation Mastery – train the trainer (TOT) program
Our Train the Trainer training is designed to equip individuals with the skills, techniques, and strategies needed to become exceptional learning facilitators. Our approach to train the trainer differs from other forms of training. It is highly participatory; in addition it addresses the individual’s style and strength much more than, say, a course in report writing would. After all, this is the purpose and definition of TOT.
Now then. To promote the role and responsibilities of trainers in training and development, brimming with energy and guided by a course manual, the session is interlaced with suitable ice breakers, examples, tips, materials, games and activities that will meet the set goals. These include challenges faced by trainers at each stage or learning and how to distil what to teach from an ocean of information especially if you are a subject matter expert (SME). If so desired, though not recommended, the course may be offered as TOT online.
We are happy to share course modules, curriculum or outline with learning objectives, outcomes or expectations. We adopt minimal use of ppt slides, and recommend it best done face to face (in person), than online. However, this latter option can be explored, complete with the training manual being shared in pdf. We are happy to share a sample outline, objectives or lesson plan showing the modules and content. Whether in government, NGO, private or any institution really, if you desire to learn how to train via Training of Trainers course in Kenya, you should enrol. So, join our “Train the Trainer” program and embark on a journey toward becoming an impactful learning facilitator.
